Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any order related enquiries. We will respond to you within 2-3 working days. All DMs on Instagram pertaining to order related enquiries will also be directed to the above email for efficiency.
Our return and exchange policies applies only to regular priced merchandise purchased on our official website - edenngrace.com and requested by the original purchasing account.
Any Eden and Grace merchandise purchased through third parties are not covered under our policies.
Merchandise purchased with any 10% promo codes are allowed for exchanges and returns.
Merchandise purchased during sales and/or promo codes with more than 10% discount will not be eligible for exchanges and returns.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Any returns and/or exchanges are to be done within 7 days after receiving your parcel. Any request after the stipulated time frame will not be accepted.
- Merchandise must have all original tags and original poly mailer packaging in resealable condition.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unscented, unaltered, unstained in its original condition.
- Sales items, discounted items (merchandises purchased during sales, application of >10% discount codes) and specifically stated non-returnable items are not eligible for return.
- Email for request of return/exchange must be confirmed by us before merchandise is returned.
- Email for request of return/exchange must include picture of item (front and back).
*Returns/exchanges that do not fulfil all conditions will be duly declined and a fee for redelivery will be required.
All returns/exchanges will be handled via our personal courier. Arrangement for collection of return/exchange packages will be handled through email, time slots will be provided for the collection. Your original order details or return request details must be indicated on or in your return package for identification. Unidentifiable returns will not be processed. Strictly no return/exchanges to be done at our warehouse.
*Eden & Grace will not be liable for any lost return package and will not be able to process your return if it does not reach us. All return packages will be your responsibility.
We currently do not do any returns but only exchanges, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Exchanges are valid for change of size and/or colours on regular-priced items. If item is no longer available, a refund in store credit will be offered.
Your exchange is only confirmed when we give you confirmation via email, no prior reservation of items is guaranteed before our acknowledgement and confirmation.
An additional shipping fee of SGD3.50 will be borne by the buyer (cash on pickup/paynow) for us to ship you a new piece from our end and collect the old piece from you. A new parcel will be sent out once we have processed your exchange.
Kindly note that only a one-time exchange per order is allowed.
Incorrect or Defective items
We sincerely apologise for any error made with your order.

*Items not deemed as defect will not be reimbursed.
*Email not received within time frame will not be entertained.
Collection of incorrect/defective items will be collected by our personal courier with a fee of $3.50 (includes pick up and delivery of new item fee). Time slots will be given in an email for collection.

What is considered a defect?
Overall look of merchandise (when worn) is affected.
Large stains, holes, pills, missing buttons, faulty zippers and sewing errors upon receiving item.
What is not considered a defect?
Examples of, but not limited to, other minor imperfections that are unlikely to reduce the overall look of the item will not be considered as defects and hence not eligible for returns/exchanges are:
-Slight variation in measurements (within our acceptable tolerance of up to 1”) (>1” is considered a defect)
-Measurements provided on our website are general measurements taken as accurately as possible when item is laid flat. Due to the nature of mass-production, minor variation in sizing is inevitable due to cutting and sewing processes.
-Loose threads/buttons/accessory and any other reason similar in effect where it is easily rectifiable.
-Slight variation in representation of merchandise colours due to lighting differences and perception.
-Placement of prints for printed items as it will differ for every piece due to cut of fabric
-Dirt material or technical markings that can be easily washed off.
-Small stains on light coloured items that are not at obvious places.
All other reasons for a request of return or exchange will be considered on a case by case basis.
Eden and Grace reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute.
