Ordering

All orders made with Eden and Grace will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

We are unable to guarantee any amendment of orders once your order have been confirmed after purchase and will not be held liable for any incorrect or duplicate orders placed for any delayed notification by you. 

Delay in order processing and shipment can be expected during the peak periods (festive seasons) and sale periods.

Payments

Eden and Grace provides 4 payment methods: Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Atome. 

All orders made after payment are final and no refunds/cancellations can be made. Kindly ensure that all required information submitted are accurate to avoid possible shipping delays or product shipment errors. 

Any reimbursement made by Eden and Grace will be through store refunds to your stated payment details. 

Original shipping charges, duties and/or taxes will be borne by the buyer and are non-refundable.
